⚠️ Content Rules — Read Carefully

OpVoc is a platform for original voice content. By using OpVoc, you agree that you will never upload:

1. What OpVoc Is For

OpVoc is a social network for sharing original voice content — your opinions, reactions, hot takes, stories, and ideas. Everything you post must be your own original voice recording. You must be the creator of the audio you upload.

2. Prohibited Content

In addition to copyright violations, you must not post content that:

  • Promotes hate, discrimination, or violence against any person or group
  • Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users
  • Contains explicit sexual content
  • Spreads deliberate misinformation
  • Impersonates another person or organization
  • Is spam or promotional content posted without authorization
  • Violates the privacy of others (sharing private information without consent)
3. Your Account

You are responsible for all content posted from your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use OpVoc. Keep your password secure — OpVoc is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

4. Content Removal & Account Suspension

OpVoc reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms may be permanently suspended. Posts that receive 15 community reports are automatically hidden pending review.

5. Intellectual Property

By posting on OpVoc, you confirm that you own or have the right to share the content you upload. You retain ownership of your original content. You grant OpVoc a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

6. Anonymous Posting

OpVoc allows anonymous posting. However, anonymous posts are still subject to these Terms. OpVoc may disclose information about anonymous accounts if required by law or if the account is involved in serious violations.

7. OpVoc Pro

OpVoc Pro is a paid subscription ($10/month) that unlocks longer posts and additional features. Payments are processed via PayPal. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Pro access expires after 1 month and must be renewed manually.

8. Disclaimer

OpVoc is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not responsible for content posted by users. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

OpVoc may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
